Type it
Every key is answered in the same instant. The letter takes its colour, its little eyes open, and a pop sounds a note higher than the one before it.
Walk it with Pip
Pip the crocodile walks the star trail beside your child, one word at a time. At the end of a round a sticker goes into the book, and it stays there.
The letters
They are alive
Chunky rounded letters with tiny living eyes. They blink on their own clocks, the one in play looks around, and none of them are a picture: they are drawn the same way in the app.

For grown-ups
What it does not do
KeyPip is built for children, which settles a lot of questions before they are asked.
- No adverts, of any kind, anywhere in the app.
- No accounts, no sign-in, no email address to hand over.
- No analytics and no tracking inside the app.
- Nothing leaves the device. Names, progress and stickers stay on it.
- No in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
- Works with no internet connection at all.
- Grown-ups settings sit behind a gate a small child will not get through.
- English, Swedish and Hungarian, each with its own words and voice.
It also holds itself to a floor it will not drop below: VoiceOver throughout, Reduce Motion honoured, keyboard-only play on a Mac or an iPad, 44 pt targets, and colour is never the only thing carrying a meaning.
Where we are
Not out yet
The game is finished and in its last round of testing on real devices. App Store review is the next step. There is no date worth promising yet, but it is close, and when it arrives it arrives on iPhone, iPad and Mac together.
